Ed, check out what Brendan brazier writes about nutrition. He's following a plant-based diet, maybe this is something you want you look into

see if he had done all this 5 hours of training and not properly refuel after the workout, is likely he would've gained nothing. Food and recovery is key!

"All I have is my millions of Dollars, my youth and my eternally tolerant wife…"
Good use of resources though dude, I would do the exact same in your position

Great story Ed! You don't mind the 5 seconds, what's the simulation running game at 4:38?

Seems obsessively competitive. Kind of scary and sad at the same time. I have only met one other person in my life with this personality, it’s a double edged sword for sure.

Kona is a wonderful place

i watched this during my crosstraining on the bike and man did it help.

Very good!

But obv he makes insanely fast progress. The majority would have the same progress if they were able to work out 8 hours a day and have super professional equipment at home.

Hey Ed, your amazing! Congrats on your new baby 😊just to let you know. Don’t trust our New Zealand milk, we can’t take hormones out of milk, they are from the mother to grow there baby calf that was stollen from her at birth . not for humans. We get weened from our human mothers right. The farmers get $50 extra for pregnant dairy cows that go to slaughter, they offen give birth during transit or at the slaughter house. The young mother is hung up by her leg has her throat slit then the baby is cut out alive while it’s blood is drained from its heart, this takes about 30 minutes.
Are you happy contributing to this?
There’s some amazing documentaries about global warming and what animal agriculture does to the planet 🌍 any way I’m sure your familia with google. 😉 thanks 🙏
Ps Look out for a new documentary coming called “ game changes”

UPDATE: He did not finish at Kona

A wife will always play second fiddle to training, because that is his first love. A wife will either accept it or divorce. He sounds like the perfect catch, but I would run as fast as I could in the other direction. Your trainer will not be comforting you when you are on your deathbed. Just sayin. Life is short, find what life is really all about.

A real “Ironman” puts his family first. Food for thought.

November 8, 2019

Ed, just curious, how does this affect you family life? Wife? Kids?

November 8, 2019

How old is he?

November 8, 2019

Provably one of the most sympathetic guys on YouTube really authentic
